CS2, Shelly/Cashman/Starks Most exercises will be done in a scheduled open lab; therefore, students can come and go during LAB hours. Student who chose to do their work on their home computer will need the text. The instructor will be available for Q&A by phone during the LAB. Handouts will contain lab information The handouts will be posted on the web and few will be "paper" handouts. (Research materials)
Web Access. Since most of the material will be stored on the web, students need access to the web. Students with no home computer will be provided scheduled supervised lab time to work on assignments. Lab time will occur immediately following a class.
Memory
Students will need a medium for recording materials and assignments for transporting form home to class or from the web to class. We suggest an memory stick/jump drive.
Details on
assignments will be explained in the text, on the web and in program
tutorials and may not be covered in class. |
