Directions to Council Oaks Farm…

From the intersection of Man O’ War and Richmond Road
Turn onto Richmond Road, going away from town.
When you reach Jacobson Park, which is on the left side of road
Across from the park
will be an opportunity to veer RIGHT onto

“Old Richmond Road”, Highway 25/421

Go about 4-5 miles on “Old Richmond Road” and that will take you to

“Jacks Creek Road”

LANDMARK - Food Mart, blue building.

Turn RIGHT onto Jacks Creek (only way you can turn).

Go 1.2 miles on Jacks Creek –  to…

Shephard Lane,

It is marked accordingly, and is the second gravel road on the left.

It is easy to miss, so slow down around the 1 mile point,

Turn LEFT into that lane and

We are the second house on the LEFT.

When the city renamed our lane, they stuck plastic markers beside each driveway – ours is till there, “5124”

Or, if you are coming from Tates Creek/Man O’ War; travel on Tates Creek away from town until you reach DeLong, turn left; travel until you come to Walnut Hill, turn right, it will curve around – then you will come to Shelby Lane, turn right – next intersection will be Jacks Creek, turn right, then Shephard Lane will be just a ways up on your left!

OR…if you are coming on Nicholasville Road from Danville and/or Nicholasville, when Ashgrove Pike intersects Nicholasville Road,
turn right, that road will dead end into Tates Creek and then follow the directions as stated above.

From E’town:  Take BG Parkway to Lexington which will dump you onto Versailles Road.  At the intersection of Man O’War and Versailles, turn right onto MOW – take all the way to Richmond Road, turn right!  Then follow the above directions at top of the page.
