Added another 250 gig hard drive

.

July 13, 04

Burned Scenes 1 through 85 onto DVD.  Have 48 minutes of nearly finished movie completed.  The scenes cover the kids outside the church, the funeral, some of the side room, and most of the White Hall
except the visiting motorist.

Kathleen White is now the "chief dude" at White Hall.  She's working very hard and was even mowing the lawn when i saw her.  That is a story you'll have to get from her.

July 27

Been revising scenes 1-85 cutting down the music which was too loud once burned to DVD.  Reedited a few scenes to cover some errors that had crept into the video. Enhanced the cast audio that was low once burned.  Tried to export and burn - as usual after 4 hours - computer burped.

Shot the Kitchen scene at my house and showed the principals the July 13 DVD version.  They seemed reservedly acceptant of the product.

February Premier looks possible now.  It took from February 2003 until July 13, 2004 to get the first 46 minutes in Beta and a good copy in August.  Today, September 9 2004,  I burned the First Hour successfully.

----

September  04

68 minutes successfully burned to DVD

October 12, 04

First 68 minutes were shown to test group of 42 adults - ages 45 - 83 on a bus traveling from Utah to Las Vegas, Nev.   The group gave many nice comments.  How did this happen?  While on vacation the director mentioned the movie and was requested to show it.  He just happened to have a copy with him.
Some comments were a bit confusing.  One man said "delete all the kids scenes ... irrelevant" and another said "the kids scenes were the best part"--??

Only two of the 42 guessed correctly "Who dun it."
